Mother’s New Brunch Menu

Served Saturday and Sunday 11am till 3pm

Benedicts – Served with choice of hashbrowns or home fries.

$14  Eggs Benedict -Poached Eggs, English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, Cajun hollandaise.

$23  Bayou Benedict - Poached Eggs, lump blue crab cake, Smoked andouille sausage, Cajun

hollandaise.  

$20  Nova lox Benedict - Poached eggs, smoked salmon, tomato, bagel, Cajun hollandaise.  

Entrees

$16  Traditional Breakfast - 2 Eggs your way, choice of sausage or bacon, choice of hash browns or

home fries, and choice of toast wheat or sourdough.

$20  Grandma's Biscuits and gravy - 2 buttermilk biscuits, country gravy, fried chicken, choice of

egg and Cajun seasoning.  

$16  Chicken and Waffles - 4 Chicken tenders, Waffle, Candied bacon, syrup and butter.  

$14  French Toast Sliders - 3 brioche slider buns, scrambled eggs, American cheese, bacon, syrup.

$22  Shrimp and Grits - cheese grits topped with Cajun shrimp, roasted red pepper, smoked

andouille sausage, caramelized onions.

$16  Breakfast Burger - 8oz burger, brioche bun, topped with fried eggs, pepper jack, bacon, and

hashbrown. Served with fruit.  

$14  Elvis Presley Sandwich - Sourdough toast, Peanut butter, bacon, and banana sandwich.

$16  Chef's Avocado toast - French baguette topped with avocado, heirloom tomato, arugula, red

onion, and balsamic glaze served with vanilla parfait topped with granola and fresh berries  

$16  Stuffed French Toast - Cream cheese frosting, brioche, strawberry glaze.  

$17  Mom's Corn Beef Casserole - Corn beef hash topped with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs,

white cheddar, roasted red peppers and caramelized onion. Served with side of Cajun Hollandaise.

$18  Turnpike Sandwich - Taylor Ham (pork roll), scrapple, American cheese and scrambled eggs

on bagel. Served with choice of hashbrowns or home fries.

$35  Steak and Eggs - 8oz Skirt steak with house chimichurri, 2 eggs your way. Served with choice

of hashbrowns or home fries.
